February 19, 2014, the Rostov Region Governor Investment Council met for the first time this year. Agenda of the meeting included projects that should not only multiply revenues of the region but also improve its investment prospects.
The council put the future sugar plant on the ‘100 Governor Investment Projects’ priority list. The plant processing capacity is estimated to be 12 000 tons of sugar beet per day, land in the Tselinsky district is ready for construction development and 220 million Rubles have been successfully assimilated.
