There was a videoconference meeting of the working group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the region held to support the investment project for the construction of a sugar production plant in the Rostov region within the Don Government.

The event was held by the First Deputy Governor of the region Viktor Goncharov. The meeting was attended by representatives of the business community of the People's Republic of China. The parties discussed issues of cooperation in the implementation of the investment project "First Don Sugar Factory".

Viktor Goncharov assured the Chinese party of the maximum support provided by the Government of the Rostov Region for the implementation of the First Don Sugar Factory project and expressed hope for further cooperation.
